Migirov is Former VP of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce.
Bortniker is a Lt. Col. (res.) for special projects in the IDF Criminal Investigation Division. Served as the IDF Police’s Commander of the Southern Front, Head of the National Division of Fraud Investigations, and Head of the National Division for Special Investigations.
During his military service, Bortniker initiated and led significant project and also developed and outlined policy and strategy for covert operation, special investigations (including computer-generated offenses), and intelligence gathering.

Meet our product: Our product is a social engineering and deepfake countermeasure.
Video & voice analysis \ Deepfake detection, integrated into smart devices’ voice & facial recognition to protect from real-time deep faking. Over a certain percentage of uncertainty, our bot can perform specialized tests to confirm whether deep fake is being used.
NLP models that can analyze text from messengers, SMS, and emails to detect speech patterns and statistics to help you prevent identity theft and uncover impostors.
An automation platform with a smart bot to help clients when making cyber-security related decisions and give recommendations to clients on how to protect themselves.
Armed with an AI-powered platform and over a year and a half of studying deep fake algorithms, B24Cyber aims to deliver an affordable, proactive, social engineering countermeasure.
We stand out from the crowd because: Most cyber security companies have a reactive approach to this problem, offering protection after you have been manipulated by hackers. In this approach, by the time you realize something is wrong, it’s usually too late to act.
Our solution aims to stop fraud and manipulation before they succeed, in text, sound and video channels. We created easy to install plug-ins for inboxes and messaging services which can be easily adapted for other fields and platforms.
After studying them for over a year and a half, we found that many open-source deepfake projects have patterns and anomalies, which we have been using to develop our solution
We are also receiving consultation from industry leaders, such as Alberto (Deto) Hasson, former head of Israel’s National CERT, and are applying to an accelerator program hosted by Mastercard.
